This cotton Lined bubble Romper is truly unisex.  Made with the quality you expect from Rosalina baby, it comes lined and is a quality made item.  The Monogram will determine whether it's for a boy or girl.  We have done so many of these, and love the way they turn out everytime.  We can add a design for boys, consider a car or tractor.  For girls we recommend you use a girly monogram in Lt Pink, or Hot Pink.  Boys monograms show up well with bright or light colors, like Green, or Red.
